Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

You will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to these terms which will prevail over any other terms put forward by uSports at the time you make a booking. The application of these terms will commence on the date of your booking.

Our Right To Cancel

uSports reserves the right to cancel sessions due to low registration numbers, forecast adverse weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will offer alternative arrangements that might include an alternative activity, date, or venue. Should these alternative arrangements not be appropriate, a full refund will be given.

Late Collection Policy

1.Please ensure you collect your child promptly at the predetermined collection time.

2.If you do not collect your child promptly, uSports reserves the right to charge an additional £5 for every 10 minutes as a Late Collection Fee.

3.This fee will be debited to your account and is payable immediately.

4.Please note if you do not pay the Late Collection Fee as required, uSports reserves the right to cancel any future bookings.


TERM TIME CLUBS: SCHOOLS & NURSERIES

Changes to Your Booking

1.The only available change to a Term Time Club booking is a transfer from one club to another club operating at the same school/venue.

a. Eligibility: Transfers are only possible if uSports is running more than one club option at that specific school/venue.

b. Approval & Availability: All transfer requests are strictly subject to availability in the requested club and must be approved by uSports.

c. Timing: Transfers must be requested more than 14 days prior to the initial start date of your booking.

d. Late Request Fee: For requests made less than 14 days prior to the initial start date, uSports reserves the right to charge an administration fee of up to £10.

e. Confirmation: You must request the transfer via email or phone. No transfer is final until confirmed in writing by uSports.

Cancellations

1.If you need to cancel your booking for a Term Time Club, please notify us as soon as possible via email.

2.Cancellations are subject to the following conditions depending on the point at which notice is given:

a. More than 10 days prior to the initial start date: You can choose either a full refund (minus a £10 admin fee) OR a full credit to be held for a future uSports booking.

b. Less than 10 days prior to the initial start date: You will not be entitled to a refund. uSports may (at its sole discretion) issue a credit for the full amount to be used against future bookings.


SUBSCRIPTION CLASSES: Development Centres and Toddler Football

Subscription Payment and Session Allocation

1. Parents are required to pay for the sessions provided each calendar month by signing up to the uSports subscription plan.

2. Each session costs £9.50

3. Payments will be taken on the 1st of each calendar month.

4. The uSports office will manage the appropriate payment amount for each month and the entire class will be moved to the appropriate subscription plan based on the number of sessions scheduled for that month.

a. For example, if there are four sessions in March, all subscribers will be moved to the '4 Session Plan' for that month. If there are two sessions in April, all subscribers will be moved to the '2 Session Plan' for April.

5.If a parent joins partway through a month, they will be put on a temporary plan that corresponds to the number of sessions between their joining date and the next subscription month.

a. For example, if someone joins in the second week of March and there were three sessions attended in March, they will be temporarily added to the '5 Session Plan' for April to account for 3 sessions in March & 2 sessions in April. Starting from May, they will follow the same plan as all other participants.

6.When a child becomes too old for their current class, they will be automatically enrolled onto the next suitable class. If the child is too old for any of our current classes, the subscription will be cancelled and parents will be notified.

Missed Sessions

1.If a child misses a session or knows in advance that they will not be able to attend, no credit will be given for that session unless under exceptional circumstances.

Yearly Payments

1.An example of a parent's yearly payments in connection to the number of sessions delivered each month would be as follows:

September: '4 Session Plan' - £38

October: '3 Session Plan' - £28.50

November: '4 Session Plan' - £38

December: '2 Session Plan' - £19

January: '4 Session Plan' - £38

February: '3 Session Plan' - £28.50

March: '4 Session Plan' - £38

April: '4 Session Plan' - £38

May: '3 Session Plan' - £28.50

June: '4 Session Plan' - £38

July: '3 Session Plan' - £28.50

August: '0 Session Plan' - £0.01

NOTE: We are unable to charge £0 during a live subscription so when there are no sessions running in that calendar month a 1p - 2p charge will be taken.

Subscription Cancellation

1.Parents can cancel their subscription by 23:59 on the last day of the month.

2.Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to info@u-sports.co.uk

3.Once notice has been given to cancel, no further payments will be taken. You can continue to attend sessions up to and including the last day of the month in which your last payment was made.

4.If you submit a cancellation request outside of our office hours but before the next subscription payment date, and the next payment date is also outside of office hours, uSports will refund the payment taken for the cancelled payment but there will be a £5 administration fee deducted from the refund.

5.As the yearly cost is not averaged out, parents will have already paid for all sessions attended up until the cancellation date.

a. For example, if notice is given on the 2nd of March, there will be no payment required for April as the parent will have already paid for their sessions in March. Sessions can be attended up until the end of March.


HOLIDAY CAMPS

You can request changes or cancellations to your booking by emailing us at info@u-sports.co.uk. Please note that your booking is not considered changed or cancelled until you receive a confirmation from us.

Changes To Your Booking

If you wish to change the date, location, or days within your existing booking:

1.More than 10 days before your booking: Changes or transfers to different available dates/camps can be processed free of charge.

2.Between 10 days and 48 hours before your booking: Changes or transfers can be processed. Any resulting difference in price will be held as a full credit for future use. No refunds will be given for price differences.

3.Less than 48 hours before your booking: Changes are not guaranteed. We may, at our discretion and subject to availability, move your booking to another day within the same camp period.

4.Changing Full Week Bookings

a. If you cancel specific days from a full week booking, the remaining days you attend will be re-priced at our daily rate. Any applicable refund or credit will be adjusted accordingly based on the timeframes outlined above.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking entirely:

1. More than 10 days before your booking:

a. You may choose a full refund, minus a £10 administration fee

b. OR A full credit of the booking amount for a future uSports booking. (Please allow up to 10 working days for refund processing.)

2. Between 10 days and 48 hours before your booking:

a. You are not entitled to a refund.

b. A full credit will be issued for the amount, valid for a future camp booking.

3. Less than 48 hours before your booking:

a. Your booking is not eligible for a refund or credit.
